- Our bank details are displayed both at the end of the ordering process and in the order confirmation.
- 2. PayPal
- You can select PayPal as a payment option both during and after the ordering process. This option is also available in the detailed view of the order itself. You can also send us a payment to info@akpool.de.
How does it work? - 3. Direct Debit
- For certain countries, PayPal offers the option of direct debit (even without a PayPal account). You can then select this option during the ordering process, if applicable, as of June 25, 2018.
- 5. Cash payment upon pickup
Info: We only accept advance payment.1. Your goods will be shipped after full payment has been processed. Please always include the order number with every payment!

The costs listed are not just postage costs, but a flat rate that covers postal processing in our office.

2 → We guarantee that orders will be handed over to Deutsche Post on the business day after full payment has been received. Due to various postal reasons, delivery times can be up to four weeks in exceptional cases. Please contact us if you have any questions.

Please note that any customs fees are to be borne by the customer.
Currently, there are always restrictions to which we are bound. Please find more information at Shipping Information. According to current information from DHL and Deutsche Post, delays of 2-5 days are currently to be expected. Savings Tip: If you make multiple purchases within a week, you can combine them into one order for each platform on which you purchased. This way, you can potentially save costs and receive your postcards in one shipment. For an order summary, simply send us an email.
If you do not request this summary, any subsequent complaints regarding the shipping fee cannot be considered.
To ensure your historic postcards arrive undamaged, we place great emphasis on transport safety. We guarantee this with our high-quality packaging methods. You will receive your cards in thin plastic sleeves, which are wrapped with sturdy anti-kink protection. They are then shipped in a sturdy envelope. Our packages are also packed with the utmost care.
