General discount conditions
- All discounts listed are only valid on akpool GmbH platforms.
- Depending on the promotion, each discount will be deducted automatically after entering the voucher code (visible before submitting the order).
- Note: Please pay attention to upper and lower case when entering the voucher code.
- “Pool” articles, vouchers, and sub-offers are generally excluded from all discounts and promotions.
- Orders placed on the same day can be combined, but orders placed on different days cannot.
- Discounts do not apply to orders placed in advance.
- The discount entitlement expires if orders are subsequently changed so that the discount conditions are no longer met.
- Only one voucher code can be redeemed per order.
- Accessories are generally excluded from all discounts and promotions.
- Discounts apply to one order at a time, so the requirements must also be met for that order
Additional discount conditions
Generally applicable discounts. We grant discounts on purchases of at least two articles and a minimum order value (no pool cards, no sub-offers) as follows:

10% off your next order when you sign up for a special newsletter. The best thing to do is to subscribe to one from your collection category—that way, you'll always be informed about the latest arrivals and news related to your collection area.
What is the special newsletter?
- 1 x redeemable after subscribing to the newsletter
- Cannot be combined with the quantity discount (the higher discount always applies)
New Articles
- "New" articles are articles that have been online for a maximum of 7 days
- "New" articles are excluded from discount promotions if this is explicitly stated (except for postage discounts, amount discounts, and the newsletter discount)
- "New" articles are marked with a "New" banner
Pool Stock
- Pool stock items are excluded from all discounts and promotions
- What does "pool stock item" mean?
- "Pool" items are marked with a "Pool" banner.
